We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our team have first-hand experience of the hospitality industry, so we understand the challenges and opportunities that come with running a hospitality business. Here are some of the people you will be dealing with when you work with Polaris Elements.

Neil Westwater

Managing Director

Neil is the Managing Director of Polaris Elements and has run the business for more than 15 years. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and is proud to lead a team committed to helping hospitality businesses achieve their growth ambitions.

Jonathan Eve

Head of Polaris Data

Jonathan has worked in Hospitality for over 20 years, he started off tending bar and is now on the dark side helping manage the development of our products and supporting our customers on a day-to-day basis. He’s been with Polaris Elements for almost 10 years, so there’s a strong chance you’ve crossed paths with him at one point or another!

Alex Mace

Chief Technical Officer

Alex has been working in software development for 18 years, helping businesses in the bill payment, domain names and hospitality industry transform their processes with new technology. As CTO, Alex is responsible for the management of design and development of Polaris Elements’ suite of software, as well as the maintenance of the infrastructure it runs on.

Simon McAdam

Customer Success Manager

Simon’s first jobs were in hospitality working in and helping run pubs. From there he moved to what is now Polaris and has been with the business for over 20 years in various roles. Simon is now Customer Success Manager and has a passion for using his years of experience to provide good service to our clients.

Kieron Stamp

Project Manager

Kieron has spent 15 years involved with the hospitality industry, previously working in bars/pubs and now helping provide the industry with software. Kieron enjoys being the customer when visiting pubs/restaurants, so he understands the customer point of view within the industry. Kieron is your contact when you are looking to get Polaris ePoS into your venue.

Vic Hamblin

Marketing Manager

Vic joined the Polaris Elements team in 2021. She brought with her 20 years of marketing experience across a number of sectors, including corporate hospitality, telecoms, fintech and legal. A hands-on energetic marketer, Vic is responsible for bringing business strategies to life across Polaris Elements’ suite of software.

Richard Forster

National Account Manager

Richard started his hospitality career at the age of 14 and worked through to management until having a ‘break’ to work in the fitness industry. He returned to work on the supplier side of hospitality ten years ago. He’s been with Polaris Elements for five years, with new business and account management using a consultative approach helping clients make the best use of everything we have to offer.

Ian Forrest

National Sales Manager

Ian has 22 years of SAAS from a commercial perspective and 17 years supporting the hospitality industry with SAAS solutions. Ian joined the Polaris Elements team in 2020 as Sales Manager and is one of the first people you may speak to if you are a new customer.
